Triage was calm and fast, they explained what was urgent vs what could wait, and I got a rough cost estimate before anything major happened, which helped keep panic levels down. Communication was clear, not rushed, and the staff handled my very nervous dog in a way that actually made him relax instead of fight it. The downside is price—emergency care in Oslo isn’t cheap anywhere—but transparency makes a big difference. If you end up at the Tøyen-area clinics, grab a coffee at Supreme Roastworks afterward to decompress; you’ll deserve it.
